If there was a word to describe the last few days, I would use it obviously right now. But I'm struggling to come up with one.
Yesterday honestly felt like one of the worst days of my life for half of it. Woke up, ate "breakfast", went to class, biked to the gym, but this gym visit was different than all of the rest. I did a set or two of weak thrusting and then moved on to some sit-ups, after my 450th set, I just kind of stood up and looked at myself in the mirror disgusted at the face and skin that stared back at me and really asked myself "what the fuck am I doing?", "I don't enjoy this", "This ISN'T making me happy, which is what looking nice should be all about".
